Shipping Information
We ship United States Postal Service priority mail to insure a fast delivery unless we determine that parcel post is more cost effective. In some cases fixed shipping applies and is indicated at check out. Express overnight delivery is available. Buyer pays all shipping and insurance costs. In all cases your purchase must be fully insured. Zip code, weight and value of your item will determine the cost of shipping. Your purchase must be paid in full before it can be shipped.
Accepted Payment Methods
Our store accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, American Express, Money Orders and Certified Bank checks. "No" personal checks are accepted, due to the time delay for them to clear. We also offer payment with PayPal. This is a credit/debit card processing service that accepts Visa-Mastercard, Discover and American Express. If you already have this service it is quick and easy.
Our Return Policy
We have a 30 day return policy. Notify us stating the reason for the return. We will respond with return shipping instructions. If your request to return an item is due to an inaccurate description on our part and upon our inspection we determine a mistake was made, you will then be issued a refund including shipping costs. If the item is delivered as described and you are still not satisfied you will receive a refund for the item only. This applies to all items that were purchased from our inventory. Where items were special ordered, at the discretion of Art Glass by Gary Gallery a store credit may be issued that would be good towards the purchase of another item. We must receive the item in its original condition and in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery to receive a credit. We will not accept returns after 30 days. There are no returns on "Gallery Specials," all sales are final. On special orders of an item that is normally stocked but canceled by the customer before we can cancel our order to the vendor, a 10% handling charge will apply.

PLEASE NOTE: · All prices shown are subject to change at any time. Some artists increase prices withou notice, therefore the price of any item purchased which is not in our inventory may vary. We will not honor prices that are incorrect due to typographical error. Each piece is individually handmade, therefore unique in color, shape and size. Photos shown are representative examples of the artist’s work and may or not be the same exact item that ships, depending on whether it is out of stock and has to be ordered from the artist. Most of the glass pictured is in stock and orders usually ship within 24 hours of being placed.
